Nokia 5.3 with 6.55 inch Display, Snapdragon 665 Launched in India, Starting at Rs. 13,999

HMD Global has launched today affordable smartphone, Nokia 5.3 in India. This phone comes in two varaints of 4GB RAM/64GB storage and 6GB RAM/64GB storage for INR 13,999 and INR 15,499 respectively. Available in Cyan, Sand and Charcoal colour options, this phone will go on sale on Amazon.in and Nokia.com/phones, starting 1st September. It can be pre-booked from 25th August on Nokia.com/phones or notify-me on Amazon.in. Jio subscribers purchasing Nokia 5.3 will get benefits worth INR 4,000 on INR 349 plan, which include INR 2,000 instant cashback from Jio and INR 2,000 worth vouchers from partners. This offer is applicable for new as well as existing Jio subscribers.

On the specifications front, the Nokia 5.3 sports a 6.55 inch (720 x 1600 pixels) HD+ curved glass display with an aspect ratio of 20:9. This phone is powered by Octa Core Snapdragon 665 processor combined with Adreno 610 GPU. It comes in two variants of 4GB / 6GB RAM plus 64GB storage which can be extended up to 512GB with microSD card. This phone is packed with 4000mAh battery and supports Dual SIM. This phone runs on Android 10 and is upgradable to Android 11.

For imaging this phone is equipped with quad camera set-up at the back comprising of 13MP with f/1.8 aperture, LED flash, 5MP wide-angle camera , 2MP depth sensor and 2MP macro camera. For selfie, it has 8MP front shooter with f/2.0 aperture.

For security, it has fingerprint sensor on the rear panel and offers various connectivity options such as FM Radio, Dual 4G VoLTE, WiFi 802.11 ac, Bluetooth 4.2, GPS and USB Type-C.

This phone has Nordic design with dedicated Google Assistant button, having a sleek glass front with a durable composite back.
