HMD Global today announces Nokia C22, an affordable smartphone for the Indian market. This phone runs onf Android 13 (Go edition) with assurance of regular security updates for at least two years. This phone is splash and dust protected with IP52 certification and comes with toughened 2.5D display glass, and rigid metal chassis housed within a strong polycarbonate unibody design.
Nokia C22 features a 6.5 inch (1600 × 720 pixels) HD+ display. This phone is powered by 1.6GHz Unisoc SC9863A Octa-Core processor which is combined with 2GB / 4GB RAM plus 2GB of Virtual memory (RAM) with 64GB storage which can be extended up to 256GB with microSD card. This phone is packed with 5000mAh battery with 10W charger. This phone supports Dual SIM and has dedicated slot for microSD card.
For imaging, this phone comes with 13MP rear camera, 2MP macro sensor and 8MP front camera. It has Rear-mounted fingerprint sensor and offers connectivity options of 4G VoLTE, USB Type-C, 3.5mm audio jack, FM Radio, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 5.2 and GPS + GLONASS.
Nokia C22 is available in India from today in Charcoal, Sand and Purple colours, with prices starting from INR 7999 for 2GB RAM variant and INR 8499 for 4GB RAM model.
