As I have been blogging earlier, Nokia is getting aggressive in India to promote its latest range of phones. Nokia is exploiting all the options to lure customers to buy its phones. To attract its customers, Nokia today introduced in Jaipur, its free music service Nokia Music Unlimited, which comes free on its latest range of feature phones.
“We are offering the service on our latest affordable feature phones Nokia Asha 200, Nokia Asha 300 and Nokia X2-02, which will offers consumers an opportunity to discover, enjoy and share the latest, high quality legal digital music in a fast, easy and safe way for free”, Nokia India Regional General Manager-North Ravi Kunwar said today. Our music service offers the best of local and global music to users, with access to over four million legal, digital tracks, he said.
The Nokia Asha series and Nokia X2-02 are the latest devices designed to give a superior entertainment experience to users at affordable prices.
Nokia has chosen Rajasthan first because they intend to attack rural areas, which will be their target market for feature phones of Asha series and X2-02. Nokia has an advantage that they have access to all the nook and corners of the country and can get leverage in all the markets, which other suppliers cannot do. Nokia has invested a lot in all segments in India and it is the appropriate time for them to reap the benefit now with new phones and new technology.
