At a global event in New Delhi, OnePlus has launched today its flagship smartphone – OnePlus 11 5G. This phone is powered by the latest Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 Mobile Platform and is combined with Adreno 740 GPU. This smartphone comes in two variants of 8GB LPDDR5X RAM with 128GB (UFS 4.0) storage and 16GB LPDDR5X RAM with 256GB (UFS 4.0) storage. OnePlus 11 5G comes with RAM-Vita, OnePlus’s own machine learning technology involves CPU bandwidth acceleration, background application compression, AI RAM allocation, and dedicated RAM assignment. All of this combined means OnePlus 11 5G with 16GB RAM can keep as many as 44 applications active in the background, reducing app kills or forced restarts. This phone is packed with 5000 mAh duel-cell battery with 100W SUPERVOOC fast charging system which can fill the battery from zero to full in 25 minutes as claimed by the company.
OnePlus 11 5G also features Cryo-velocity VC Cooling System to remove any overheating during prolonged gameplay and heavy use. The cooling system has a 3685 mm2 VC area, 5673 mm3 crystalline-graphene in the mid-frame layer, and a dedicated layer of crystalline-graphene for the display to significantly increase heat dissipation capability.
This phone sports a 6.7-inch (3216 x 1440 pixels) 2K A+ fluid AMOLED display with LTPO 3.0 and upto 120Hz refresh rate. The display has features of HDR 10+, Dolby Vision, up to 1300 nits peak brightness and protection of Corning Gorilla Glass Victus. The display is certified by TUV SUD Precise Touching S Rating and SGS Low Blue Light Ex.
For imaging, this phone is armed with triple rear Hasselblad camera system comprising of Sony IMX890 50MP main sensor, Sony IMX709 32MP portrait lens, and Sony IMX581 48MP ultra-wide camera. The Hasselblad camera system equips the phone with a 13-channel multi-spectral sensor for light-color identifying. For selfies, it has 16MP front camera with f/2.4 aperture.
For security, this phone comes with In-display fingerprint sensor. It runs on Android 13 with OxygenOS 13 on top. OnePlus has promised that this phone will get four major OxygenOS updates and five years of security updates.
This phone is equipped with Stereo speakers with Dolby Atmos. It offers various connectivity options of USB Type-C, NFC, 5G SA/NSA, Dual 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 6 802.11 ax 2X2 MIMO, Bluetooth 5.3, Beidou, Glonass, Galileo, GPS, and NFC. This phone measures 163.1×74.1×8.53mm and weighs 205 grams.
The design of OnePlus 11 is inspired by the “black hole” and utilizes a chromed-out, stainless steel camera module to create exceptional build quality and premium hand feels as pointed out by the company. It will be available in Titan Black and Eternal Green Colors.
