OnePlus has announced the launch of its latest flagship variant, the OnePlus 11R 5G Solar Red. This phone is crafted with a textured vegan leather back in OnePlus’ iconic Red.The vegan leather’s rich and supple texture not only exudes opulence but also reimagines the classic sandstone like hand-feel, providing users with a comfortable grip that complements the device’s premium aesthetics and adds a touch of nostalgia.
On the hardware front, this phone is packed with 18GB of RAM and a spacious 512GB of ROM. According to OnePlus, it can smoothly run up to 50 apps simultaneously, surpassing the 44-app limit of the 16GB version. This enhanced RAM not only opens apps 6% faster but also eliminates lag during resource-intensive tasks. Gamers, especially Genshin Impact enthusiasts, will rejoice as the device consistently maintains an impressive average frame rate of 59.46 frames per second, ensuring uninterrupted gaming sessions lasting over an hour.This phone has other similar features which were available on regular 11R 5G.
To refresh your memory, OnePlus 11R 5G sports a 6.7-inch 120Hz Super Fluid Display with a resolution of 2772×1240 pixels and a 450 PPI. The OnePlus 11R is the first OnePlus smartphone to support ADFR 2.0 technology for LTPS display that allows the display’s frame rate to automatically adjust between 40Hz, 45Hz, 60Hz, 90Hz, and 120Hz, to fit different usage scenarios.
This phone is powered by Octa Core Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 processor with Adreno 730 GPU. This phone is packed with 5000mAh battery with 100W SuperVOOC fast charging which can charge from 1% to 100% in just 25 minutes. Moreover, the OnePlus 11R is equipped with SUPERVOOC-S, the world’s first customized charging chip, to enhance the charging experience from efficiency to safety.
For imaging, this phone is equipped with 50MP rear camera with Sony IMX890 sensor, f/1.8 aperture, OIS supported by 8MP 120° ultra-wide camera and 2MP macro camera. For selfies, this phone has 16MP front shooter with f/2.4 aperture.
This phone runs on Android 13 with Oxygen OS 13 on top. For security, it has in-display fingerprint sensor. The OnePlus 11R supports Dual 5G Standby and 5G + 4G Standby features to improve the network experience. It allows for both 5G SIM cards using the 5G network at the same time, and also works for one 5G and one 4G SIM cards scenario. The OnePlus 11R is also the first OnePlus smartphone to support Dual Bluetooth Antenna to make its connection to other devices stronger. This phone also offers connectivity options of Bluetooth 5.2, GPS/ GLONASS, NFC, USB Type-C, 5G, Dual 4G VoLTE and Wi-Fi 6 802.11 ax (2.4GHz + 5GHz).
