OnePlus has announced today its latest flagship smartphone – OnePlus 12 in China. It will be available in China on December 11, 2023. It will be released along with other products in the global markets including India in January 2024.
The design of the OnePlus 12 is inspired by luxury watches with hollow-curved design. The time scales, starry dial, and circular characters on the camera module engrave the passage of time.

Inspiration is sought from the untamed beauty found in nature, where unbounded paths and infinite possibilities reign supreme. Under this design philosophy, the boundless Flowy Emerald colorway is presented, harmoniously bridging technology and wonders of the natural world. Drawing inspiration from the braided channels of Dart River, the dynamic and ever-changing patterns in the OnePlus 12’s texture showcase the mesmerizing essence of nature’s beauty.
On the hardware front, OnePlus 12 sports a 6.82 inch (3168×1440 pixels) 120Hz 2K Super Fluid AMOLED display with peak brightness of 4500nits and protection of Corning Gorilla Glass Victus 2. It is packed with 5400 mAh duel-cell battery with 100W SUPERVOOC fast wired charging and 50W AIRVOOC wireless charging. This phone is powered by the latest Octa Core Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 processir with Adreno 750 GPU which is paired with 12GB/16GB / 24GB LPDDR5X RAM with 256GB / 512GB / 1TB with UFS 4.0 ROM supported by RAM-Vitalization and ROM-Vitalization.
On the imaging front, OnePlus 12 is equipped with the latest self-developed HDR algorithm and is supported by the 4th Gen Hasselblad Camera system. It is armed with industry-first LYT808 50MP main camera co-developed with Sony with OIS, , OV64B 64MP 3X periscope telephoto camera, and IMX581 48MP 114° ultra-wide camera. For selfies, this phone has been given 32MP front camera with Sony IMX615 sensor with features of up to 4k 30 fps video recording.
This phone runs on Android 14 with OxygenOS 14 for global markets. It has In-display fingerprint sensor and is dust and water resistance (IP65). It comes with alert slider which has been moved to the left-hand side of the phone. It is also equipped with Stereo speakers with Dolby Atmos. This phone offers connectivity options of 5G SA/NSA, Dual 4G VoLTE, Bluetooth 5.4, GPS (L1+L5 Dual Band) + GLONASS, USB Type-C, NFC and Wi-Fi 6 802.11 ad 2X2 MIMO. This phone weighs 220gms.
The OnePlus 12 price starts at CNY 4,299 (approx INR 51000) and goes upto CNY 5,299 (approx Rs. 63,000) for the top variant. We will come to know of India pricing when it is officially launched here next month.
