OnePlus 3T has been launched today in India, which is an updated version of OnePlus 3. OnePlus 3T will be available in two variants of 64GB and 128GB internal storage. The 64GB variant is priced Rs. 29,999 and 128GB variant is priced Rs. 34,999. Both the variants will start selling from 14th December exclusively on Amazon.in. This will be available in Soft Gold and Gunmetal colour options.
Their is no change in design of new OnePlus 3T. Like OnePlus 3, the new model also comes in anodised aluminium metal unibody. The OnePlus 3T has same 5.5-inch Full HD AMOLED display ((1080×1920 pixels) with Corning Gorilla Glass 4 protection.
The OnePlus 3T is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 821 SoC coupled with Adreno 530 compared to Snapdragon 820 SoC coupled with Adreno 530 GPU on OnePlus 3. The new variant is also packed with 6GB RAM and now also comes with 64GB and 128GB of internal storage models. Earlier, the OnePlus 3 was available only in 64GB version.
On the photography front, the OnePlus 3T is packed with the same 16MP rear camera with Sony IMX298 sensor, PDAF and 4K video recording features which were avaialble on OnePlus 3. The change has been done on the front camera. To address the craze of selfies, it has been mounted with 16MP front camera with Samsung 3P8SP sensor with PDAF instead of 8MP camera with fixed focus on OnePlus 3.
The OnePlus 3T is packed with 3400mAh battery compared to the 3000mAh battery on earlier model. The new model also comes with Dash Charge (5V 4A) fast charging technology which was one of the major higlights of OnePlus 3.
Like OnePlus 3, the new model also incorporates fingerprint sensor on the home button and comes with USB 2.0 Type-C port for charging and transfer of data and 3.5mm audio jack. This phone also supports 4G LTE, Wi-Fi 802.11ac, Bluetooth 4.2, NFC etc. The 3T runs on Oxygen OS based on Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow.
