As communicated on my Facebook post that OnePlus 5 will be coming to India soon after its unveiling event in US on 20th June, it is official now as OnePlus has announced that OnePlus 5 will be launched in India on 22nd June at an event in Mumbai. This phone will start selling on the same day and the sale will begin at 4.30PM exclusively on Amazon.in.
The following is the first render of OnePlus 5:
Oneplus 5 is confirmed to be powered by Snapdragon 835 processor. As far as its other features are concerned, it will most probably feature a 5.5 inch full HD Display with Gorilla Glass 5 protection having a resolution of 1440×2560 pixels. It may come with 8GB RAM with internal storage of 64/128GB which could be extendable. This phone is also expected to be mounted with Dual rear cameras and 16MP front camera for shooting selfies. This will definitely run on Android N with Oxygen OS on it. This phone is also rumored to get its juice from with massive 4000mAh battery with innovative Dash charging.
On the price front, this upcoming OnePlus phone will definitely be priced attractively and I presume, it will be in the range of Rs. 35,000. This is just an assumption and we will come to know about its exact details on 20th June after launch in US and price details on 22 June.
