Oppo F5 which was launched in India on 2nd November has gone on sale now. The sale was kick started by Oppo’s new brand ambassador and Bollywood heartthrob, Sidharth Malhotra. It is now available in retail stores across the nation and also on Flipkart, Amazon, Paytm and Snapdeal at a price of Rs. 19,990.
Oppo F5 flaunts a 6 inch FHD+ display with resolution of 2160 × 1080 pixels with 18:9 aspect ratio and 2.5D curved glass with Corning Gorilla Glass 5 protection. This phone gets its strength from 2.5Ghz 64-bit MediaTek MT6763T Octa Core 2.5 GHz Processor with Mali-G71 GPU. It comes with 4GB RAM with 32GB storage extendable to 256GB with microSD card. This phone runs on Android 7.1 Nougat with layer of Color OS 3.2. This phone is packed with 3,200 mAh non-removable battery with fast charger.
For selfies, it is mounted with 20MP front-facing camera which has f/2.0 aperture, 1/2.8 inch sensor, screen flash with feature of bokeh effect. Oppo F5 is the first smartphone which has an industry first Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology for capturing perfect selfies. Integrated into front camera, AI Beauty technology uses intelligence from a massive global photo database, to beautify a selfie shot. The rear camera has 16MP sensor with LED flash and f/1.8 aperture.
This phone incorporates fingerprint sensor on the back and also boasts of facial recognition feature to unlock the phone. This is Dual SIM phone with dedicated slot for microSD card. For connectivity, this phone offers options of 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.2, GPS + GLONASS, 3.5mm audio jack and FM radio.
This phone has unibody metal design and comes in Gold and Black colors.
