Panasonic India today expanded its portfolio of Eluga series and added a new smartphone – The Eluga Z. The USP of this smartphone is that it has a Metal Blade Design, which has been crafted with CNC based metal grinding technique to give it a Blade like Metallic finish & solid strength. This smartphone also sports a unique Fabric Texture Back cover. This phone has sleek design and has thickness of 6.8mm, and its weight is just 120 grams.
The Eluga Z features a 5 inch Oncell HD AMOLED display and is powered by a 1.4GHz True Octa Core processor with 2GB RAM and 16GB of internal storage. This smartphone comes with a 13 MP rear camera with LED flash and 1080p video recording capabilities. It also houses a 5 MP front camera for selfies and video chats & 3G video calling. It is packed with a 2050mAh Lithium Polymer battery.
This phone supports Indian Regional Languages and has various connectivity options such as USB OTG support for accessing media through Pen-drive or Hard-Drive, Turn-by-turn Navigation for location access, Wi-Fi Direct & Bluetooth 4.0 EDR for sharing media with friends.
This phone also incorporates various gesture based functions such as Double Tap to Lock/Unlock, Smart Swipe functionality where in a combination of number of fingers & direction of swipe can help user perform various predefined functions providing ease of access.
The Eluga Z is priced Rs. 13,490 and will be available from second week of July in Champagne Gold, Ivory White & Midnight Blue colors.
