Poco today launched affordable smartphone in India, Poco M2 with quite powerful features at an attractive price point. Poco M2 comes in two variants of 6GB RAM + 64GB storage and 6GB RAM + 128GB storage. The internal storage can be further extended upto 512GB via microSD card.
POCO M2 features a 6.53 inch Full HD+ display, with a resolution of 2340 × 1080 and an aspect ratio of 19.5:9 with protection of Corning Gorilla Glass 3. It is powered by MediaTek Helio G80 octa-core processor with two Cortex-A75 cores at 2.0GHz and six Cortex-A55 cores at 1.8GHz. This phone is packed with 5000mAh battery which supports 18W Charger but you will get 10W charger in the box.
For security, it has a fingerprint sensor on the rear of the device to allow for quick unlocking. The body of this phone has P2i’s nano-coating, which makes it resistant to accidental splashes.
For imaging, this phone is equipped with AI Quad Camera set-up on the back comprising of 13MP primary sensor, 8MP wide-angle sensor, 5MP macro sensor and 2MP depth sensor. For selfie, it has 8MP front camera with night mode.
This phone runs on MIUI 11 for POCO based on Android 10. It offers connectivity options of 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi, GPS, Bluetooth etc.
POCO M2 will be available in Slate Blue, Pitch Black and Brick Red colour variants. It is priced Rs. 10,999 for 64GB variant and Rs. 12,499 for 128GB varaint. It will go on sale on 15th September on Flipkart. Buyers will be able to avail INR 750 instant discount when transacting through ICICI (credit cards or debit card EMIs) and Federal Bank (debit cards).
