Immediately after the launch of OnePlus 3, the OnePlus leadership Team visited 7 cities with the OnePlus 3 in London, New York, Delhi, Mumbai, Paris, Berlin and Bangalore as part of the POP-UP store events exclusively for fans to experience the newly launched phone.
This is a unique experience by a smartphone brand as the stores were not technology outlets or gadget outlets but pop –up stores inside lifestyle stores.
OnePlus India had organized three pop up store event in India in the last one week, each pop up store in India had a turnaround of 800- 1200 people as stated by the company.
Delhi pop up was held at The Collective at Ambience Mall on 15th June. Mumbai pop up was held on 17th June at The Collective, Palladium Mall and Bangalore pop up event was held on 18th June at Prestige Poseidon, Richmond Town.
The OnePlus 3 features a 5.5 inch AMOLED display (resolution of 1080 x 1920 pixels at 401 ppi pixel density) with Corning Gorilla Glass 4 protection. It is packed with Qualcomm MSM8996 Snapdragon 820 processor combined with GPU Adreno 530. It comes with 6GB RAM and 64GB of internal storage.
It is equipped with 16MP rear camera with f/1.8 aperture, Optical Image stabilisation and Electronic Image Stabilization, laser autofocus and LED flash. It also houses an 8 MP front snapper with f/2.0 aperture. This phone runs on Android 6.0 Marshmallow OS based Oxygen OS. This phone gets its juice from 3000mAh battery which offers faster charging with help of the unique Dash Charge technology.
