To promote its recently launched F1s selfie-focussed smartphone, Chinese brand Oppo has announced Times Fresh Face 2016 competiton for youngsters to discover their selfie talent.
Acccording to Oppo, auditions will be conducted in phases across 11 cities in India, covering about 180 colleges and 11 malls – Mumbai, Delhi, Kolkata, Chennai, Pune, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Ahmedabad, Lucknow, Chandigarh and Nagpur. The first audition was held in Kolkata on August 16th.
Since selfie is the theme for this competition as Oppo is promoting its recently launched selfie-focussed smartphone, the participants across cities will be able to experience Oppo’s latest camera phones in selfie booths on site venues. Participants would be required to take selfies by the recently launched OPPO F1s which would be judged by the jury. Participants who participate in the event through OPPO online green pass will stand a chance to directly enter the final round. The OPPO online green pass can be acquired by accessing the Times Fresh Face microsite – http://timesfreshface.com/home and uploading a selfie and talent video which would be judged via audience voting.
