Realme has launched today entry level smartphones in India – Realme C20, Realme C21 and Realme C25, starting at Rs. 6799.
Realme C20 and Realme C21 are powered by MediaTek Helio G35 processor which is an eight-core 12nm processor with a 2.3 GHz speed. Both the phones feature a 6.5-inch HD+ (720×1,600 pixels) IPS display with 20:9 aspect ration and with mini drop design. These phones are packed with 5000 mAh massive battery.
On the photographic front, the C20 is equipped with an 8MP rear camera with f/2.0 large aperture which also supports 1080P video recording. The C21 is packed with 13 MP AI Triple Camera set-up comprising o f 13MP primary camera with an f/2.2 large aperture, 2MP secondary camera with an f/2.4 macro lens and 2MP monochrome sensor with f/2.4 aperture. Both the phones have 5MP selfie camera in the front.
For security, the C21 comes with a rear-mounted fingerprint sensor.
The Realme C20 is available in one variant of 2GB RAM+32GB of storage and is also equipped with 3-card slots i.e for two SIM cards and one SD card (up to 256GB).
Realme C21 will be available in two storage variants of 3GB RAM+32GB storage and 4GB RAM+64GB storage and supports up to 64GB additional large memory, and is also equipped with a 3-card slot for two SIM cards and one SD card (up to 256GB).
These phones offer connectivity options of 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 5.0, GPS/ A-GPS, Micro-USB and 3.5mm headphone jack.
The Realme C25 is powered by octa-core MediaTek Helio G70 Processor which is an eight-core 12nm processor that clocks up to 2.0 GHz speed. This phone has fingerprint sensort at the rear and facial recognition feature. This phone is packed with massive 6000mAh battery. The C25 sports a 6.5inch HD+ (720×1,600 pixels) display with 20:9 aspect ratio. This phone comes with 4GB LPDDR4x RAM with 64GB / 128GB storage which can be further extended up 256GB with microSD card.
This phone is armed with triple rear camera set-up comprising of 13MP primary camera, 2MP monochrome sensor and 2MP macro sensor with f/2.4 aperture. For selfie, it has and 8MP front-facing camera.
This phone offers connectivity options of 4G VoLTE, Wi-FI 802.11ac, Bluetooth 5.0, GPS/ A-GPS,kUSB Type-C and a 3.5mm headphone jack.
All the three phones run on realme UI 2.0 based on Android 11.
The Realme C21 and C25 have also obtained the TÜV Rheinland High Reliability Certification which contains 23 major tests, including 12 Daily Use Test Scenarios such as drop, wear and tear etc,
Pricing and Availability:
The Realme C20 will be available in two colours – Cool Grey and Cool Blue, priced at INR 6,799 (2GB+32GB) for the first 1 million customers. Post that, it will be priced at INR 6,999. The first sale is scheduled for April 13, 12:00 noon onwards on realme.com, Flipkart.com & mainline channels.
The Realme C21 will be available in two storage variants (3GB+32GB) priced at INR 7,999 and (4GB+64GB) priced at INR 8,999 in two colours – Cross Black and Cross Blue. The first sale is scheduled for April 14, 12:00 noon onwards on realme.com, Flipkart.com & mainline channels.
The Realme C25 will be available in two storage variants 4GB+64GB priced at INR 9,999 and 4GB+128GB priced at INR 10,999 in two colours – Watery Grey and Watery Blue. The first sale is scheduled for April 16, 12:00 noon onwards on realme.com, Flipkart.com & mainline channels.
Realme C25 looks really good with Helio G70 chipset and the powerful battery under 10k. But there is a lot of competition.
