Samsung Galaxy C7 With 4GB RAM, Fingerprint Scanner Launched In China

Samsung is expanding its portfolio of C series of smartphones which come with powerful features. After launching Galaxy C5 in China, South Korean giant has launched now Galaxy C7 which has bigger display and more powerful processor and battery. This phone has full metal body and is light weight device having a weight of 165 grams.

Samsung Galaxy C7 flaunts big 5.7 inch Super Amoled full-HD display with resolution of 1080×1920 pixels. It is powered by an octa-core Snapdragon 625 processor paired with 4GB of RAM and internal storage of 32GB/64GB options which can be extended further upto 128GB via microSD card.

On the optics front, this phone boasts of a 16 MP main camea in the rear and also houses an 8 MP front camera. The rear camera has dual-tone LED flash and f/1.9 aperture have been provided on both the cameras.

This phone gets its juice from 3300mAh battery which has Qualcomm Quick Charge 3.0 feature. This phone has hybrid dual-SIM slot. It offers connectivity options of 4G LTE, Wi-Fi a/b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.2 and NFC for Samsung Pay support.

Like other flagship phones of Samsung, the Galaxy C7 comes with fingerprint scanner which is embedded on the home button in the front below the display.

The Galaxy C7 runs on Android Marshmallow 6.0 OS and is priced CNY 2599 and CNY 2799 for 32GB and 64GB variants, respectively. This will be available in Gold, Pink Gold, Grey, and Silver colours. Their is no word when this phone will be launched in India but it will soon be coming and is expected to be priced in the range of Rs. 26,000 for 32GB version.

The difference between the Galaxy C5 and C7 is in display, processor and battery sizes. The Galaxy C5 comes with 5.2 inch full-HD Super Amoled display with same resolution as of C7 and is packed with an octa-core Snapdragon 617 processor, 2600mAh battery. Rest of the features are same.

Samsung being a market leader in India will not delay the launch of these phones in India to take the sheen away from recently launched Chines phones in mid-segment such as Xiaomi Mi 5, Oppo F1 Plus, Vivo Max and Coolpad Max etc, which are getting good response in India.
