Samsung has announced today that its recently launched Galaxy K Zoom smartphone will now incorporate an enhanced Vine application. This version of Vine, a service owned by Twitter that makes it easy for people to watch, create and share short looping videos, capitalizes on the zoom capabilities of the Galaxy K Zoom. Vine app allows consumers to seamlessly and effectively record subjects, near and far. Specifically, the Vine app for Galaxy K zoom features zoom buttons directly on the recording screen, allowing the user to easily zoom in and out when creating a Vine video on the Samsung device.
The key feature of Galaxy K zoom is that it is equipped with 20.7 megapixel BSI CMOS sensor at the rear, 10x optical zoom, and has a slim body. This phone has Optical Image Stabilizer (OIS) to reduce blur caused by movement, and Xenon Flash. The Galaxy K Zoom also has a 2MP front shooter for selfies. The rear camera has advanced camera usability features and functions, including AF/AE Separation (Auto Focus/ Auto Exposure Separation), Pro Suggest mode which offers 5 optimized filter settings, Selfie Alarm that allows users to take timed selfies with ease, and object tracing for a clear, focused shot of a moving subject.
Besides enhanced camera capabilities, the Galaxy K zoom also features Ultra Power Saving Mode for minimizing the battery consumption, S Health Lite for personalized fitness and lifestyle coaching, and a Studio app to allow users to easily edit their pictures and videos.
The Galaxy K zoom features a 4.8-inch Super AMOLED HD (720×1280 pixels) display, and is powered by a hexa core 1.3GHz quad-core + 1.7GHz dual-core processor. This phone has 2GB of RAM, 8GB inbuilt storage, which can be expanded upto 64GB via microSD card. The Galaxy K zoom runs on Android 4.4 KitKat, and is fuelled by a 2430mAh battery. For connectivity, this phone supports Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, Micro-USB and NFC. This phone measures 137.5X70.8X16.6(20.2)mm, and weighs 200g.
