To enhance its portfolio of highly popular Galaxy range of smartphones, Samsung has added one more member to its large family and announced today Galaxy Core smartphone for Indian market. This smartphone is ideally suitable for those buyers who want to have experience of flagship Galaxy smartphone with a little less features. This smartphone appear to be advanced version of Galaxy SII.
With a 4.3-inch WVGA display, the Galaxy Core is powered by 1.2GHz Snapdragon Qualcomm Dual Core processor and runs on Android 4.1.2 (Jelly Bean) operating system. The device comes with an 8GB internal memory space, which can be expanded up to 32GB via microSD card, and 1GB of RAM.
The Galaxy Core is equipped with 5-megapixel camera on the back along with a 0.3-megapixel front-facing shooter. The device also offers the unique Best Shot feature that recommends the best photos per 8 continuous shots.The GALAXY Core is packed with 1800mAh battery, and this appear to be little low on specifications. This smartphone is only 8.95 mm thick.
The Galaxy Core is supported by the innovative Smart Dual SIM feature that provides the user the convenience of having two SIM cards accessed by one phone without the need of switching off or rebooting the device. The device also offers the users Cloud Service that provides same experiences to multiple devices by offering sync and back-up of mobile data and contents.
