Expanding its portfolio of Galaxy range of smartphones, Samsung India today announced two mid-range smartphones – GALAXY E7 and GALAXY E5. The Samsung GALAXY E7 and E5 will be available for sale at a market price of INR 23,000/- and 19,300/- respectively. The contemporary E7 is available in White, Black and Blue colors while GALAXY E5 is available in White, Black and Brown color.
As part of introductory offer, Vodafone will provide upto 2GB of 3G data per month for 2 months on their network on purchase of Galaxy E7 and E5 smartphones.
The GALAXY E5 and GALAXY E7 smartphones feature Super AMOLED display of 5 and 5.5 inches respectively. The Super AMOLED technology is claimed to enhances the viewing pleasure of the user while watching videos, browsing internet and reading content. The Adaptive Display technology ensures the best visual experience anywhere, anytime by intelligently optimizing display brightness and colour saturation.
Both the smartphones are powered by 1.2 GHz Quad Core processors and run on Android KitKat OS with Touchwiz on it.
Both GALAXY E7 and GALAXY E5 are equipped with 13MP AF rear camera and 8MP AF rear camera with LED flash respectively and superior 5 MP Front cameras which gives the ultimate ‘selfie experience’ to the user. The GALAXY E5 and GALAXY E7 bring innovative features such as wide angled selfie, selfie with palm gesture, selfie with voice command and beauty face to enable users to capture high quality selfies with ease. The wide Selfie feature for the front camera allows users to capture selfies covering angles up to 120 degrees.
The GALAXY E7 and GALAXY E5 have a slim and compact design that is 7.3mm thin. The exquisitely crafted unibody smart phone has a narrow bezel and is ergonomically designed with perfect grip for easy one hand operation. In addition, these new smart phones include popular features exclusive to GALAXY devices, such as Ultra-Power Saving Mode, Private Mode and Multi screen.
