Sony India has launched today its selfie-focussed phablet – Xperia XA Ultra. The USP of Sony Xperia XA Ultra is its 16MP front-facing autofocus Sony Exmor R camera with Optical Image Stabilisation (OIS) and LED flash for capturing shake-free selfies. This phablet comes in White, Graphite Black and Lime Gold colors and will be available from 27th July at Rs. 29,990.
As far as its other features are concerned, the Xperia XA Ultra sports a massive 6 inch (1920 x 1080 pixels) display with Mobile BRAVIA engine 2. This phablet is packed with Octa-core MediaTek Helio P10 (MT6755) processor with 700MHz Mali T860MP2 GPU. It comes with 3GB RAM and 16GB of internal storage which can be extended upto 200GB via micoSD card.
Besides high-profile front camera, this phone is also equipped with 21.5MP rear camera with 1/2.4” Exmos RS sensor, Hybrid Auto-Focus with object tracking, Photo flash, Quick launch and capture, Low-light photography up to ISO 6400 (in manual mode).
This phone runs on the latest Android 6.0 Marshmallow OS.
This phone gets its juice from 2700mAh battery with Stamina Mode and Quick Charge features. This phablet supports 4G LTE. It also offers other connectivity options of Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 4.1, GPS and NFC etc. This is heavy device having a weight of 190 grams with dimensions of 164.2 x 79.4 x 8.4mm.
Sony is bundling the phone with content worth Rs. 2000 for free which comprises of 3 months subscription worth Rs. 299 of Sony LIV; 3 months subscription worth Rs. 750 of Hungama Play and Kindle e-book worth Rs, 1,000.
In the month of May, Sony India had launched Xperia XA at Rs. 20,990. Sony Xperia XA features a 5 inch HD (720×1280 pixels) display with Mobile Bravia engine 2. It is driven by a MediaTek Helio P10, 64 bit Octa Core processor coupled with 2GB RAM and 16GB of built-in storage extendable to 200GB. It is equipped with a 13 MP main camera with Exmor RS sensor. This camera also boasts of hybrid autofocus and LED flash. On the front, their is an 8MP camera. This phone gets its juice from 2300mAh battery.
