After successful launch of its Elite smartphone last month, Swipe Technologies is all set to launch India’s first and most economical 4G tablet – Ace Strike, which is expected to be priced in the range of Rs. 8000 to 10,000. Our speculation is that it will have a price tag of Rs. 8,999 and will be sold exclusively by Flipkart. This new tablet from the stable of Swipe will be launched in the last week of September 2015.
Swipe Ace Striker will feature a a 6.98 inch High Definition IPS Display (1024×600 pixels resolution), with Vi-Di Technology for superior view and one-hand operation. Under the hood will be a 64-bit 1.3 GHz QuadCore Processor combined with 2GB RAM and 16GB on-board memory, which will be expandable up to 32 GB via MicroSD card. It will be equipped with a 5MP rear camera and 2MP front camera for taking Selfies. This tablet will be packed with 4000mAh battery, which is rated to deliver up to 11 hours of talk time and will ensure up to 500 hours of standby time. This tablet will run on the old Android KitKat 4.4 OS, which is very strange.
