Chinese handsets maker, TCL has launched today its first 4G smartphone in India – TCL Pride. This phone will be sold exclusively by Snapdeal for Rs. 10,499 in two colors -White & Slate Grey.
The highlight of TCL Pride is its Iris Retina scanner providing high level security. With this feature, you can unlock your phone just by looking at it. The front camera scans your retina, which according to the company is unique feature on this smartphone.
This phone sports a 5 inch full HD IPS display with resolution of 1080×1920 pixels. It is driven by an octa-core processor clocked at 2.5GHz and is paired with 2GB of RAM and 16GB of internal storage with expandable option via microSD card support. This phone is equipped with 13MP rear camera wfith electronic image stabilisation (EIS), autofocus and LED flash. For selfies, it houses an 8 MP fixed-focus front camera.
Besides 4G LTE support, it also offers other standard connectivity options of Dual-SIM, 3G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPRS/ EDGE, GPS etc. This phone runs on Android Lollipop 5.1 OS. This phone is fuelled by a big 3050mAh battery.
