After announcement of 3rd Generation Intel Core processors by Intel, all the laptops makers have joined the race to announce their new laptops based on new Intel processors. Now, Toshiba India has announced five new laptops powered with 3rd Generation Intel Core processors.
Entry Level Satellite C840 and C850 Series – These C series laptops are powered by new Intel 7 series chipsets with a choice of integrated or dedicated graphics card. While the C840 has a 14″ display, the C850 features a 15.6″ screen. The C series laptops feature USB 3.0, Bluetooth 4.0, HDMI ports and the option of textures and glossy finish with larger size touchpad. These are available in textured black, glossy black and glossy silver colour options. The price range of the entire C series is between Rs. 23,000 and Rs. 44,000.
Satellite L850 – L series has been expanded with L850 laptop which features dedicated 2 GB graphics memory, USB sleep and charge, webcam and a 15.6″ screen, in addition to the features in the C series. This power-packed and premium Satellite L850 series is priced between Rs. 51,500 and Rs. 56,000.
Satellite M840 – It features 14″ screen, light body and its net weight is less than 2 kg. This laptop is ideally suitable for professionals who have to move a lot. Its price range is Rs. 32,500 to Rs. 41,000.
Satellite U840 Ultrabook – It features a 32 GB SSD coupled with a 500 GB hard disk. It is powered by Intel i5 processors and comes equipped with tile keyboards with LED backlighting, a large and easier-to-use ClickPad and USB 3.0 port. It is priced at Rs. 53,500.
