TPV Technology has forayed into the mobile segment in India with the launch of Philips E series feature phones. The range starts from INR 1399 and includes the flagship Philips Xenium E209, Philips Xenium E125 and Philips E102A feature phones models. These Philips mobile phones will be available across leading e-commerce platforms and offline channels in the country.
Philips Xenium E209
Xenium E209 comes with a 2.4 inch display, loudspeaker volume of 108db, SOS Function, dedicated switch for a bright torch and lock/unlock, large ergonomic keypad, and easy hearing. This phone is packed with a 1000mAh battery and SD card slot. It has MTK Nucleus RTOS user interface and also includes inbuilt wireless FM and has support for Bluetooth 3.0. It is priced Rs. 2999.
Philips Xenium E125
The premium designed Xenium E125 comes with powerful 2000mAh battery which provides the extended talk-time and more than 1500 hours in stand-by mode. It has 1.77-inch display with MT6261M System On Chip (SoC), dual SIM and Dual Standby option. It has expandable memory and QVGA camera, support for Bluetooth 3.0, allowing for file sharing and streaming music over Bluetooth audio devices. It also comes with pre-installed game and built-in music player to keep users entertained. This phone is priced Rs. 2099.
Philips E102
It features a 1.77 inch 128 x160 TFT display, Li-Ion 1000mAh battery, inbuilt VGA camera and SD card slot, inbuilt music player, wireless FM bundled with speakers and inbuilt game. The device is equipped with Bluetooth 2.1 technology for File Transfer and audio streaming over Bluetooth devices. It also comed with dual SIM GSM and GPRS browser. This phone is priced Rs. 1399.
As a Make in India Initiative TPV has associated with Padget, as its manufacturing partner and joined hands with Beetel as its national distributor who has a strong presence of over 200+ distributors in India. Furthermore, the brand plans to launch three more feature phones and reinforce the mobile accessories categories with the launch of products like power banks, wall chargers, cables by end of the year as stated by TPV in its press statement.
