Vu Televisions has launched today Vu Cinema TV Action 55 inch – 55LX and 65 inch – 65LX Android TVs which will be available online exclusively at Flipkart, Amazon and offline stores at INR 49,999 and INR 69,999 respectively.
These Action Series of TVS offer up to 500 nits of brightness – further improved by Pixelium Glass technology – that optimises light reflections by 40% thus improving overall brightness.
These TVs have a resolution of 3840x2160p at a native 60Hz refresh rate. The series is also high dynamic range ready as it is HDR10 and Dolby Vision certified. These TVs are the first Vu television to offer enhanced MEMC (motion estimation, motion compensation), that promises visuals completely free from motion blur and judder.
These TVs come with integrated soundbar powered by JBL speakers. Total power output is a whopping 100 watts as they have 6 speakers custom-tuned to deliver a wide soundstage. The system also sports noise cancellation technology that boosts vocals for better audio clarity.
The Action Series comes in Titanium Grey accents, a bezel-less frame and a fabric finish replace the black and gold aesthetics of its predecessor.
These TVs are powered by Android 9.0 Pie and have built-in Chrome cast. With its premium apps hotkeys, you can conveniently switch between Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, Disney Hotstar, YouTube and Google Play at the touch of a button. These are conveniently placed on the newly designed ActiVoice remote control and feature high contrast, making them easily distinguishable even in very low light. Moreover, the remote also supports voice commands in English and Hindi.
The Action Series can connect over 2.4GHz and 5GHz WiFi. The latter is best suited when streaming 4K HDR content or videogaming owing to its high bandwidth and low latency.
These TVs run on 1.4GHz quad-core processor combined with 2GB RAM and 16GB internal storage. These TVs have built-in Bluetooth 5.0 with which you can connect your external sound bar, headphone, gaming joystick & other Bluetooth devices.
