California-based luxury television company, Vu has launched today its limited edition premium UHD series and The Curve TV in India. The Premium UHD TV comes in two screen sizes of 65 inch with price tag of Rs. 1,56,000 and 75 inch TV is priced Rs. 3,00,000. These TVs are now available on Flipkart. The 55 inch screeen size Luxury Curved UHD TV is priced Rs. 1,00,000 and 65 inch Luxury Curved UHD TV at Rs. 1,80,000 will be available from the first week of October onwards.
The Premium UHD TV comes with Pixelight HDR Technology, premium smart chip with Quad core processor with a dedicated button on the remote for NETFLIX, Ultra-smooth motion rate, 4X ultra-high definition and ultra-dimming feature. These TVs have ultra slim depth, brushed steel and carbon weave design elements which add to the aesthetics of your living room or wherever it is installed.
The 55/65 Curved UHD TV are also luxury TVs and have also very elegant design. These suave and stylish Smart TV comes packed with 4K Ultra-high definition, A+ Grade Panel, 4x Quad core CPU and GPU and nScreen features.
The added advantage of these TVs are they carry warranty of three years and are considerably cheaper compared to established brands such as Samsung, Sony and LG.
Vu claims that they have the highest market share in the Premium TV segment in India after Sony, Samsung and LG and is the largest selling television brand in India when it comes to online or ecommerce. They have achieved 350% growth on year to year basis since 2013 and are aiming for Rs.600 Cr turnover in 2016-17.
