Xiaomi has introduced today new Redmi Y series in India in affordable segment and launched Redmi Y1 and Redmi Y1 Lite. In this article, we will discuss about Redmi Y1 which comes in two variants of 3GB+32GB storage and 4GB + 64GB storage. It is priced INR 8999 for the 3GB RAM 32GB storage variant, and INR 10,999 for the 4GB 64GB variant.

Redmi Y1 is Xiaomi’s first phone in India which boasts a Selfie-light. It is mounted with a 16 MP front facing camera. It also has13 MP rear camera with f/2.0 aperture. It sports a 5.5 inch HD display with Corning Gorilla Glass. It is packed with a 3080mAh battery.
