Xiaomi Sold One Million Redmi Note 4 Smartphone in India in 45 Days

Xiaomi of China has claimed that their recently launched Redmi Note 4 smartphone in India has received huge response. The company claims that they have been able to sell one million units of this phone since its launch in India on 23rd January, 2017.

The company had also announced last month that Redmi Note 4’s first sale was the largest sale in the history of the Indian smartphone industry when they sold more than 250,000 units in just 10 minutes across mi.com and Flipkart.

The Redmi Note 4 sports a premium metal body with anodized high-gloss aluminium lines and a beautifully symmetric design which gives it a premium look. This phone sport a 5.5 inch full-HD (1080×1920 pixels, 401ppi) display with 2.5D curved glass. It is powered by octa-core Snapdragon 625 processor clocked at 2.0GHz with Adreno 506 graphics processing unit (GPU). This phone supports Hybrid Dual SIM (micro + nano/microSD).

This phone is equipped with 13MP CMOS camera with Phase Detection Autofocus (PDAF) for faster focusing, f/2.0 aperture, Dual-Tone LED flash and a Backside Illuminated (BSI) sensor with 1.12-micron pixels. It also houses a 5 MP front camera with 85-degree wide angle lens.

For security, this phone incorporates fingerprint scanner on the back panel for unlocking the phone and for taking selfies. This phone runs on MIUI 8 based on Android 6.0 Marshmallow.

This phone gets its juice from powerful 4100mAh battery. It offers connectivity options of 4G with VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 ac, Bluetooth 4.2, GPS + GLONASS.

The Redmi Note 4 comes in three variants of 2GB RAM + 32GB of internal storage which is priced Rs. 9,999, 3GB RAM +32GB ROM for Rs. 10,999 and 4GB + 64GB ROM at Rs. 12,999.
