@ROCKY JUST GO TO APN UNDER CONNECTIVITY AND EDIT ACTIVE ACCESS POINT AND WRITE THERE TATA.DOCOMO.INTERNET AND UR PROBLEM WIL BE SOLVED

Confirm with Docomo if they support connecting Docomo AP on desktop computer.

Currently almost every telecom operator provides these slow download speed when on EDGE. 3G connection should be able to satisfy your requirement, a bit expensive though.
