In the Paris event, Huawei has also announced HUAWEI Watch GT Active and Elegant Editions. You may recall that Huawei Watch GT Sports and Classic Editions were announced globally last year and in India earlier this month.
The Active Edition features the same 46mm watch face as that of HUAWEI WATCH GT Classic Edition and Sport Edition, while the Elegant Edition features a smaller 42mm ceramic bezel option. HUAWEI WATCH GT Active Edition is fitted with a 1.39-inch AMOLED HD color touchscreen with a resolution of 454 x 454 pixels, while the Elegant Edition with a 1.2-inch AMOLED HD color touchscreen with a resolution of 390 x 390 pixels. HUAWEI WATCH GT Active also features two-week battery life whereas the Elegant Edition offers up to one week battery life.
While the HUAWEI Watch GT supports a range of indoor and outdoor fitness activities, the new HUAWEI WATCH GT Active Edition and Elegant Edition feature Triathlon mode. Three types of workout are supported under Triathlon, including open water swimming, outdoor cycling, and outdoor running. The smart watch can record the entire triathlon, including the transition time. Triathlon mode will be available on the HUAWEI WATCH GT Classic and Sport Edition via an update.
These new variant of watches also have HUAWEI TruSeen 3.0 heart rate monitoring and TruSleep 2.0 scientific sleep tracking to monitor your sleep quality, accurately identify typical sleep issues and offer you over 200 suggestions for improvement of sleep quality and personalized sleep services by real-time heart rate monitoring, sleep breathing and big data analysis, for better health management.
HUAWEI WATCH GT Elegant Edition is priced Euro 249 and comes in Magic Pearl White and Tahitian Magic Black Pearl colors with Fluroelastomer straps. The Active Edition is priced Euro 229 and comes in orange and dark green colors with matching Fluroelastomer straps.
