Taiwan based tech giant, Acer has today unveiled the 2-in-1 Acer One device, which is a notebook and tablet combined in one flexible design. It comes with four modes of usage — notebook, pad, display, and tent for touch, typing, viewing, and sharing at any time. The Acer One will be available in India from today exclusively on Amazon.in at special price starting at Rs. 19,999.
This device features a magnetic detachable Acer Snap Hinge design for easy transition between modes, latch-free keyboard docking, and additional storage capabilities.
The Acer One has 10 inch HD touchscreen display, and comes with upto with up to 32GB of storage, and is powered by an Intel Atom quad-core processor. It comes in 2 variants- 1 GB RAM or a 2 GB RAM. It comes with pre-installed Windows 8.1, and includes several intuitive features, such as InstantGo that keeps data and apps up-to-date even when the screen is off by maintaining an Internet connection along with an efficient power-saving feature.
The Acer One also comes with an optional keyboard dock with integrated hard-disk offers additional storage of up to 500GB. Also included is 1TB of storage with a free one-year subscription to OneDrive, Microsoft’s cloud storage platform.
This two-in-one device also support Micro HDMI (USB 2.0), and is equipped with front and back cameras for Web Chatting and taking snaps on the go.
