Airtel Introduces 4G Services In Chandigarh, Mohali & Panchkula

After successfully providing 4G services in Bangalore, Airtel has now launched 4G on mobile in tricity of Chandigarh, Mohali and Panchkula, in collaboration with Apple. Customers of Tricity were experiencing mobile internet on 2G speeds and with the arrival of 4G, they can now get electrifying and fast internet browsing experience anytime, anywhere.

New-Airtel-LogoCustomers using Apple iPhone 5s or 5C are now required to upgrade their existing SIM to a 4G SIM and select from any 4G plan or pack. For this, the customers can visit Airtel stores in Chandigarh, Mohali and Panchkula to experience LIVE demos and get started on 4G. Besides iPhones, the customers can also enjoy Airtel 4G on Xolo LT 900 and LG G2 (model D802T) smartphones which are 4G compliant.

With the arrival of 4g, the customers will apparently get enhanced capabilities on their devices like high definition video streaming with zero buffering, downloading 10 movies in less than 30 minutes, and also connecting multiple devices without any experience constraint. As per Airtel, data browsing will be provided on 4G network whereas voice calls will be routed on 2G seamlessly with the CSFB (circuit switched fall back) technology.
