Indian handsets brand Intex has expanded its portfolio of highly successful Auqa range and unveiled today Aqua Trend smartphone, which is 4G enabled and runs on Android Lollipop 5.1 OS. The Aqua Trend is priced Rs. 9,444 and available in four colors – Champagne, Silver, Gray and Black. It also comes with a 1-year screen breakage warranty and a complementary smart or sensor-based flip cover.
The Aqua Trend was launched by Tollywood Heartthrob Mahesh Babu at an event in Hyderabad, who has been roped is as Brand Ambassador for one year for Intex for AP & Telangana.
Coming to the specifications, the Aqua Trend sports a 5-inch HD IPS display with resolution of 1280×720. It is powered by a 1.3 GHz Quad Core Processor (MT6735 CHIPSET ) with 2GB RAM and 16GB of internal stoarge. This phone gets its juice from powerful 3000 mAh battery.
This phone is equipped with a 5MP front camera for quality selfies and 13 MP rear camera, which is capable of clicking brilliant pictures even in low light, as claimed by the company. This camera has slow motion video recording, an anti-shake camera and a gesture capture features.
The Aqua Trend also incorporates HotKnot featuring for sharing photos, movies, videos et al by simply taking the Aqua Trend screen closer to the screen of the other mobile and the sharing process gets ON. You can also operate your phone with simple hand gestures with the Air shuffle feature.
Besides 4G, it also offers connectivity options of Bluetooth, Wi-Fi and Hotspot etc. It also comes with Gravity and Light Sensor.
