Dell Technologies today announced the launch of their Latitude 7455 Copilot+ AI PC in India. The Latitude 7455 is available in both Snapdragon X Elite and Snapdragon X Plus configurations and offers a seamless user experience optimized by AI. The device provides up to 22 hours of local video playback which enables more efficient ways of working and staying productive regardless of location.
The Latitude 7455 uses a sophisticated three-tier processing architecture—comprising a CPU, GPU, and NPU— for handling the most complex workloads. The inclusion of the powerful Qualcomm Oryon CPU enhances performance with large datasets, while the Qualcomm Adreno GPU facilitates smooth streaming, content creation and sharing on the device’s 16:10 QHD+ touch display with stunning graphics. This laptop features a 14 inch, 16:10 QHD+, (2560×1600), IPS, Touch Display. Additionally, the Qualcomm Hexagon NPU optimizes efficiency and reduces noise, ensuring consistent, high-quality output. Running Windows on Arm operating systems, the Latitude 7455 supports a wide range of applications, enhancing both mobility and productivity during task execution.
This laptop comes with up to 32 GB LPDDR5x SDRAM 8448 MT/s (on board) and storage options of up to 1 TB, M.2 2230, PCIe Gen4 NVMe, SSD. It is packed with 2 x top firing premium speakers, 2 x bottom firing premium speakers with Qualcomm AqsticTM Speaker Max technology. It also comes with 2 x USB Type-C USB 4.0 with Power Delivery & DisplayPort 2.1, 1 x USB 3.2 Gen 1 with Power share, 1x Optional external nano SIM card tray option (WWAN only), 1x Optional Touch Fingerprint Reader in Power Button, 1 x Universal Audio jack and 1 x Micro SD Reader.
The built-in AI software, Dell Optimizer, help users prioritize their devices’ performance by optimizing resources allocation. The Latitude 7455 is designed using a range of materials such as recycled and low-emissions aluminum in the chassis. The device includes 50% post-consumer recycled plastic in its bezel and 30% in the speaker box, inner frame of the lid, palmrest, and bottom cover. Furthermore, it features 15% recycled steel in the touchpad bracket.
The new Latitude 7455 will be available for purchase, starting August 01, 2024 at a starting price of INR 159,990.
