China based Gionee is on launching spree and has added Elife E6 smartphone to its portfolio of Elife series of smartphones.
The Elife E6 sports a 5-inch OGS(One-Glass-Solution) AMOLED display with a resolution of 1080×1920 pixels and pixel density of 441ppi. This phone is powered by a 1.5GHz quad-core processor, along with 2GB of RAM, with internal storage of 32GB. The phone is just 6.18mm thin, and weighs 128 grams.
ELIFE E6’s innovative design features an unibody exterior in Pearl White and Stunning Black.The phone runs on Android 4.2 Jelly Bean,and is powered by a 2020mAh battery.
ELIFE E6 boasts of an industry-leading 13MP rear-end camera, 5MP front-facing camera, allowing users to quickly and easily capture high quality images and videos. Both cameras support 1080p video recording.

The Elife E6’s Heartbeat Synchronizing Technology enables the system to synchronously wake up applications every ten minutes, thus reducing the number of applications wake ups and drastically increases power consumption. In addition, the system automatically sets a white list ensuring essential applications to be waken up at any time.
The Elife E6 also features Motion Sensing Technology, which enable users to answer phones by directly raising it up to their ears and to answer calls by sweeping a hand over the screen. With its Gesture control features, the users can flip between pictures by a sweeping motion, and automatically play/pause videos when the user looks away from the screen.
The Elife E6 is available in black, white with matching color cases. ELIFE E6 will be available in China from Mid July 2013 with suggested retail price at CNY2699 ( aprrox US $ 430) and will be available in India, Nigeria, and Vietnam after August 2013.
