Intex Technologies, Indian handsets makers, has launched today the entry-level Cloud X1+(3.5”), and the Cloud Y11(4″, 3G enabled) smartphones, which are targeted at widespread rural populations who wish to replace their feature phones and use fully equipped smartphones. The Cloud X1+, available in Black and White, is priced at Rs. 2990, and the Cloud Y11, available in Black, Grey and White, is available at an MRP of Rs. 4490.
The Intex Cloud X1+ and Cloud Y11 are both dual-SIM phones, and comes with smart gravity sensors. The Cloud X1+ is powered by1 GHz processor and Cloud Y11 is driven by Dual Core processo. Furthermore, both phones offer an ‘áuto rotate’ facility, which allows the phone screen to automatically rotate images, video playbacks and/or menus towards the direction the user is facing at that point of time.
Intex Cloud X1+
This phone runs on Android Gingerbread OS: 2.3.5, and has 128 MB RAM, 256 MB ROM and is equipped with a 2.0 megapixel camera. The phone also comes with a memory card with a capacity of up to 4GB. This phone comes pre-loaded with useful applications including Whatsapp and Opera Mini. Intex Cloud also offers 5 GB of free Cloud Space and preloaded games to provide users wonderful gaming experience.
Intex Cloud Y11
The Intex Cloud Y11 runs Android Jelly Bean OS version 4.2.2, and comes witha 256 MB RAM, 512MB ROM, which can be extended upto 32 GB. This phone is equipped with a 2.0 MP rear camera and a VGA front camera. This phone also comes pre-loaded with the Matrabhasha app and Zapak.com, which enables users to download and play unlimited games for free. It is also powered with Intex’ OTA (Over The air) update application, which enables users to upgrade their programs and applications seamlessly, and fix bugs with a simple click. Intex Cloud also provides 5 GB of free Cloud Space.
