Indian handsets brands, Lava has introduced today yet another entry-level smartphone – Lava Flair P1 running on Android KitKat OS and having 3G connectivity. The Lava Flair P1 is priced Rs. 3,399 and will be available in white and black color variants. Lava International has stated that three more smartphones are expected to be launched under Flair series in the coming months.
The Flair P1 features a 4 Inch WVGA TFT (480×800) Display. This smartphone is driven by a 1GHz processor with Mali 400 Graphics Engine, alongwith 256MB RAM and 2GB ROM, which can be extended upto 32GB via microSD card. It is equipped with a 2 Mega Pixel rear camera, and Front facing VGA camera. It comes with a 1400 mAh battery.
Besides 3G connectivity, the Flair P1 also offers other connectivity options of 802.11 b/g/n Wi-Fi, Bluetooth v2.1, and USB 2.0, GPS/A-GPS It also supports H.263, H.264, and MPEG4 Video codecs and an Android Video Player. It has dimensions of 110.8 x 63.4 x 10.2 mm and its weight is 140 grams.
Despite the fact that Flair P1 is targetted for the first time users, the hardware of this smartphone is not impressive. It has two good features : 3G connectivity and display. In today’s scenario when lot of content is downloaded, any smartphone should have minimum of 1GB RAM and 8GB of internal storage.
