To cater to 4G markets, LG has unveiled today its newest device the LG F70 LTE smartphone at MWC in Barcelona. This smartphone runs on the latest Android KitKat 4.4 OS. LG has not revealed the price of F70 and its roll-out plans.
The LG F70 features a 4.5-inch WVGA IPS display(800 x 480, 207 ppi), and is powered by a 1.2GHz Quad-Core processor, coupled with 1 GB RAM and 4GB of internal storage, which can be further expaned upto 32 GB via microSD card. This smartphone is equipped with 5.0MP auto-focus camea and also has front VGA (640 x 480). It is fuelled by a removable 2,440mAh.
As far as the design of F70 is concerned, this smartphone has thin bezel and smooth rear design, which contribute to its ease of usability and comfortable grip. The user-friendly hardware is complemented by the addition of Easy Home, which simplifies the home screen while increasing the size of icons and fonts to make the transition to a smartphone easier for first time users.
LG F70 also comes equipped with LG’s advanced Knock Code feature, an evolution of the popular KnockON feature that was introduced first in the LG G2. Knock Code enables users to both power on and unlock their LG smartphone in one easy step by tapping a personalized pattern on the phone’s screen. Knock Code offers greater security as the pattern is entered on a blank screen using anywhere from two to eight taps, allowing for more than 80,000 possible combinations.
