Moto G (2nd Gen) 4G LTE Version Will Go On Pre-Order On 15th Oct For Rs. 8,999

Motorola has announced today that its Moto G (Gen 2) LTE smartphone will go on pre-order on 15th October on Flipkart during its Big Billion Day sale. The price tag for this phone is Rs. 8,999. Motorola had also launched Moto G (3rd Gen) in the month of July this year at Rs. 12,999 for 16GB version, which is 4G LTE compatible.

There is not much difference between Moto G (2nd Gen) 4G LTE version and 3G variant of Moto G – 2nd Gen. The 4G LTE variant has Dual-SIM slots and rest of the features are same as of 3G variant.

The Moto G (Gen 2) LTE sports a 5-inch HD (720×1280 pixel) IPS display with Corning Gorilla Glass 3 protection. It is packed with a 1.2GHz quad-core Snapdragon 400 processor combined with 1GB of RAM and Adreno 305 GPU. It comes with 16GB RAM which can be further extended upo 32GB via microSD card. It runs on  Android 5.0 Lollipop OS.

The Moto G (Gen 2) LTE is equipped with an 8MP autofocus rear camera, and a 2MP front-facing camera. Besides connetivity options of 4G LTE, it also supports 3G, Wi-Fi 80211.ac, Bluetooth 4.0LE, Micro-USB, 3.5mm audio jack etc. It is packed with a 2390mAh battery.

The Moto G (Gen 2) LTE will be ideal buy for those who want to have true Android experience and cannot afford 3rd Gen Moto G, which is priced Rs. 12,999 for 16GB version as of today.
