The latest iteration of OnePlus smartphone, OnePlus 3 is set to launch in India on 15th June. We have got media invite for launch event which will take place in New Delhi on 15th June. The OnePlus 3 will be available without invite system and is expected to be Amazon.in exclusive.
As far as its specifications is concerned, the OnePlus is rumored to come with 5.5 inch AMOLED display (resolution of 1080 x 1920 pixels at 401 ppi pixel density) with Corning Gorilla Glass 4 protection. It is expected to be packed with Qualcomm MSM8996 Snapdragon 820 processor combined with GPU Adreno 530. It will have options of 3GB/4GB/6GB RAM with storage options of 32GB, 64GB and 128GB.
On the camera front, it is expected to come with 16MP rear camera with f/1.8 aperture, Optical image stabilisation, laser autofocus and LED flash and 8 MP front snapper with f/2.0 aperture. This phone will run on Android 6.0 Marshmallow OS based Oxygen OS.
This phone will be packed with 3000mAh battery and will also incorporate fingerprint scanner. This is 4G LTE supporting device and will also offer other standard connectivity features including USB Type-C 1.0 reversible connector.
Their are no rumors about its pricing details in India and it will be known closer to the launch event. But it is expected to start at Rs. 25,000 upwards. We shall be covering this event and provide all the details and first hand impressions on 15th June. Stay tuned!
