OnePlus has announced Summer Launch event for global markets and India to launch three products – OnePlus Nord 5, OnePlus Nord CE5, and the OnePlus Buds 4. These products are set to launch on July 8, 2025, at 2 PM IST.
The OnePlus Nord 5 will be powered by the Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 Mobile Platform with a 4nm architecture and flagship Kryo CPU, paired with LPDDR5X RAM. According to OnePlus, the Nord 5’s performance credentials extend to gaming, with the Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 and support for Snapdragon Elite Gaming with hardware-accelerated real-time ray tracing.
The OnePlus Nord 5 will deliver robust support for leading mobile games, ensuring a seamless and immersive gaming experience. It powers Battlegrounds Mobile India (BGMI) at a native 90fps, with frame interpolation boosting performance up to a silky-smooth 144fps. Additionally, the Nord 5 runs Call of Duty Mobile natively at a solid 144fps, delivering the ultimate experience for intense, competitive gaming.
To maintain peak performance, the Nord 5 features the Category-leading thermal management system with Cryo-Velocity VC cooling with 7,300 mm² heat dissipation surface area and flagship-grade graphene thermals identical to OnePlus 13, delivering 1,800W/m-K efficiency. This comprehensive cooling solution covers all key heat sources including CPU, cameras, and battery, ensuring consistently smooth performance even during intensive use and gameplay.
The incoming OnePlus Buds 4 will provide flagship sound quality as it is packed with Dual Drivers, Dual DACs, Hi-Res LHDC 5.0 and 3D Audio. For gamers, the OnePlus Buds 4 offer 47ms ultra-low latency in Game Mode, ensuring audio syncs perfectly with on-screen action for a competitive edge. In addition to excellent sound quality, OnePlus Buds 4 offer two color options: Zen Green and Storm Gray.
