After launching high end Find X yesterday in India, Oppo has launched today Oppo A3s smartphone in affordable segment. The highlights of this phone is its notch display, huge battery and three cameras with AI features.
On the specifications front, this phone sports a 6.2 inch super full notch screen (1520 x 720 pixels) with 88.8% screen to body ratio. According to Oppo, to improve the screen ratio, flux dispensing technology has been upgraded to further narrow down the border by 16% to 2.05mm thin. This phone is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 450 Octa core processor combined with 2GB RAM and 16GB of internal storage which can be extended upto 256GB. It is equipped with a 4230 mAH battery. This is dual-SIM (Nano) phone and runs Android 8.1 Oreo-based ColorOS 5.1. This phone has connectivity options of 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS/ A-GPS, Micro-USB, and 3.5mm headphone jack.
For imaging, this phone is packed with 13+2 MP dual rear camera with LED flash along with an 8 MP front camera with AI Beauty Technology 2.0 for perfect selfies. According to Oppo, A.I. Beauty Technology is like a thinking photographer rather than a rigid software program which employs a cloud database from premium suppliers that have sufficient power to support diversified facial recognition in smart terminals.
This phone also comes with “Music Party” function for increasing the volume by connecting multiple smartphones with ColorOS 5.1 or higher version OS to play the same track.
Oppo A3s is priced Rs. 10,990 and will go on sale from 15 July on online portals of Flipkart, Amazon and PayTM along with the offline stores. It will be available in Dark Purple and Red colour variants.
