Gionee of China has added another smartphone in its portfolio by introducing the GPad G5 smartphone in India. Gionee has tasted huge amount of success with its Elife series of smartphones and its latest offering Elife S5.5, is making news for its slimness and various other features. Gionee wants to take their success story forward and has launched the GPad G5, which will be available shortly in India with a price tag of Rs. 14,999/-.
The GPad G5 sports a 5.5 inch HD IPS( 1280×720) with Dragontrail glass full view screen, and is powered by a HexaCore 1.5 GHz processor, coupled with 1GB RAM and 8GB internal stoarge with the provision to extend it to 32GB. The Dual-SIM (GSMA+WCDM) runs Android 4.4.2 OS out of the box and is equipped with an 8MP Auto-Focus Rear and 2MP front camera. It is packed with 2400mAh battery.
