Of late, cameras especially on flagship smartphones have become one of the most important features and LG has rightly put its best possible cameras on the back and in front in its latest LG G6 smartphone. I have been using this phone for almost three weeks now and its camera quality has amazed me in all departments- be it clicking images in daylight, in moving or low light environments.
To provide DSLR like quality on clicked images, LG has mounted two 13MP rear cameras in the back – one with an f/1.8 aperture lens with Optical Image Stabilization and 71-degree field of view while the secondary camera has wide-angle f/2.4 lens with 125-degree field of view for capturing more content in single frame. To switch between the two lenses, you can use a toggle control in the app. Another plus point is that zooming and changing of lenses can be done by pinching the display. I must add that zooming capabilty of this camera is very excellent and surpasses any other smartphones available in the market so far. I have captured few shorts from a distance of 800 metres and the results are awesome. Not only zooming, but when you capture the images while moving, it will give enthralling results.
LG has also added some interesting tools in camera app called Square Camera with different modes. It allows you to click a photo and instantly see a preview of it at the bottom of the screen. You can also click multiple images and the camera will it stitch it together. Besides imaging prowess, the video capability of the camera is also top of the range.
I have clicked few images with LG G6 during my holidays in Canada and you can see yourself, the images are breathtaking and come out with excellent detail and contrast with vibrant colors. No need to carry now DSLR camera now if you are having LG G6.

Not only primary cameras, the front camera of this phone has 5MP sensor with 100 degree field of view for taking beautiful selfies and welfies.
Not only the camera, LG G6 also comes with other terrific features of 5.7-inch QHD+ (2,880 x 1,440 resolution) Full Vision display with an 18:9 screen aspect ratio for more viewing space. Despite the fact that this phone has the large screen yet it is easy to hold. It is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 821 Processor for very smooth performance. It comes with 4GB LPDDR4 RAM and 64GB UFS 2.0 of internal storage which can be extended upto 2TB via microSD card. This phone is packed with 3,300mAh non-removable battery withQuick Charge 3.0. Even if you are heavy users, the battery will last for a day easily. It runs Android 7.0 Nougat with LG’s UX 6.0 on top. It also runs Google Assistant out of the box. It is IP68 certified for water and dust resistance and is compatible with 4G VoLTE. Despite the fact that it has single speaker yet the audio out put is loud and gives sound output. Its fingerprint sensor on the back embedded with home button is one of the fastest I have experienced so far.
If you are planning to buy a good smartphone with very good cameras and overall top of the range performance then LG G6 is currently the best choice as it is available for Rs. 42,000 at Flipkart
LG customer support is very bad.
There policies are worst.
I would suggest these days to only buy either a google phone or apple.
