We were impressed with the quality of the glass provided on the back which is claimed to be shatterproof. We have kept this smartphone on various surfaces and handled it roughly, but surprisingly did not notice any scratch on it. This device is water and dust resistant and cane be submerged for approximately 30 minutes in 1.5 meter depth of fresh water. The idea of providing this feature is that in the case of the device getting wet in rains or mishandling, it will remain intact.

The Xperia Z2 comes with a 20.7 MP rear camera with Exmor RS sensor which is capable of 4K (Ultra-HD) video recording, and a 2.2 MP rear camera.
